UnboxTools.com acts only as a digital product listing and ordering platform.
All products listed on this website are sold, invoiced, and paid to Nav Durga Industrial Corporation, who is the authorized seller.

1. Order Acceptance & Payment

All orders placed through UnboxTools.com are subject to acceptance by Nav Durga Industrial Corporation.
Orders are confirmed only after receipt of 100% advance payment by the seller through approved payment modes.
Cash on Delivery (COD) and part payments are not accepted.
Orders will not be processed, confirmed, or dispatched unless payment is successfully received and verified by the seller.

2. Shipping, Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation by the seller.
Delivery timelines depend entirely on the courier or transport service selected by the customer.
Customers may arrange their own preferred courier or transporter.
All shipping, courier, and transportation charges are to be paid directly by the customer to the transporter.
Dispatch timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistical, operational, or external factors.
UnboxTools.com, being only the platform operator, does not guarantee delivery timelines.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances.
The seller reserves the right to cancel an order in cases including but not limited to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Non-serviceable delivery locations
- Product unavailability or stock issues
Approved refunds for cancelled orders (prior to dispatch) will be processed within 2–8 business days, depending on the payment method.

4. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.
No returns, replacements, or exchanges are accepted once goods are dispatched.
Customers are advised to verify product specifications, size, quantity, model, compatibility, and intended usage before placing an order.
Products marked as non-returnable, combo items, customized products, or promotional deals are strictly non-returnable.

5. Transit Liability & Damaged Goods

Responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer immediately upon dispatch from the seller’s premises.
Neither Nav Durga Industrial Corporation nor UnboxTools.com shall be liable for loss, damage, or delay during transit.
In case of transit damage, customers must raise claims directly with the courier or transporter.
Proof of dispatch will be provided upon request.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for orders cancelled before dispatch.
Approved refunds are processed within 2–8 business days, depending on the original payment method.
For refunds via NEFT or cheque, customers must share valid bank details from their registered email ID.
No refunds will be issued for dispatched or delivered orders.

7. Business Disclaimer

UnboxTools.com is a B2B product listing and ordering platform and does not manufacture any products.
All products are sold by Nav Durga Industrial Corporation.
Any product warranty, if applicable, is governed solely by the respective manufacturer or supplier.

8. Limitation of Role

Rahul Bansal, as the website operator, does not:
- Sell products
- Issue invoices
- Receive payments
All commercial, tax, and fulfillment responsibilities rest solely with Nav Durga Industrial Corporation.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
